This Privacy Policy explains how FORTUNE LINK TECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202628371C) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with this website and our applications and services, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
01Personal data we collect
We may collect: (a) contact details you give us, such as your name and email address when you contact us; (b) information you provide in support requests or feedback; and (c) limited technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version and diagnostic data, where needed to operate and improve our apps and website. We do not knowingly collect more personal data than is necessary for the purposes below.
02How we use personal data
We use personal data to: respond to enquiries and provide support; provide, operate, maintain and improve our applications and website; ensure security and prevent misuse; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We will notify you of any new purpose and obtain your consent where the PDPA requires it.
03Consent and withdrawal
By providing personal data to us, you consent to its collection, use and disclosure for the purposes described. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal and will stop processing your personal data within a reasonable time, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

We may disclose it to service providers who process it on our behalf (for example hosting and email providers) under contractual obligations of confidentiality and protection, to platform operators such as Apple where required to deliver our apps, or where required by law.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or correction of any error or omission. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the time frames set out in the PDPA.
08Children
Our website is not directed at children. Where an app is intended for younger users, we will follow applicable law and platform rules on children’s data.
